WILL THEY EVER MATCH UP ?

 

We often talk about how Artificial Intelligence, Augmented reality to change the world and make things easier. This is of course a true. Technology can make our lives much easier.

It helps us leverage robots for our works and makes us lazy and we could enjoy sitting on a couch and watching tv shows. All this said and done what makes me sad about the technology?

Is it the fact that technology which is a man-made thing could destroy us in the future?.

There is a possibility with the advent of new technologies like open AI.

But it takes years to build a system that could kill us.

Then what is my concern about?

I recently read an article on how a family in Myanmar spent their lockdown by eating snakes that they found in the forest.

What does this Indicate?

This Indicates the wide economic disparity in the world.

While we talk about the new technologies there are some people trying to make a few meals a day.

It is a matter of fact that the rich are becoming richer and the poor are becoming poorer.

Hence what I found ridiculous is that the gap between the rich and the poor not only in India but also in the world.

I usually think why are people poor?

Here are some primary reasons why I find people suffering from poverty

Lack of Education 

Lack of Awareness

Lack of Vision

Lethargy

There might be many.

But what is my concern.......

I am concerned with the fact that In the future there might be a civil war between the rich and poor.

The rich cannot be blamed 

They are the ones who work hard

(Of course, they are lucky and some exploit tooo)

This civil war might result in the destruction of nations 

As a result, this might spoil the resources built up by the rich and educated putting the future in perspective.

Therefore for a sustainable future, the economic disparity between the rich and poor must end.

But will they ever match up?

This question needs serious introspection.

Not only the governments but also the people must introspect.

Some might ask Jeff Bezos to spend his entire wealth and eliminate poverty.

This is a dangerous communist idea because the poor would again spend up money and go into poverty again.

"The only solution I have for eliminating poverty is "CHANGE IN MINDSET""

The difference between rich and poor is not only the wealth but also the way they think.

Poor should have the fighter mindset and stand up against exploitation and not have any of the qualities that I mentioned above.

So The answer to the question will they ever match up is YES.

They need to match up not only in their wealth but also in the way they think.

This is very essential for a sustainable future or else we would see a civil war happening for basic resources.
