MINDFULNESS - ITS NOT EASY AS YOU THINK



When I was a kid I used to perceive ideas like mindfulness, spirituality as bull shit. But later the circumstances around me proved me wrong .There is something I found so fascinating these days...MYMIND.

Yes.....I found my mind to be very fascinating in my body. After reading the first two line you might assume that I would be giving you a boring lecture on mindfulness....NO.

I will tell you something very Interesting. Listen......

You get up in the morning 

You wake up from you bed

You brush your teeth

You brush all your 32 tooth(Hope you have all)

You look around

Wait...why am I talking all this bullshit?

The reason why I wrote all this is we do all the above actions but we hardly notice them.

This is the awareness I want to talk about.

We do lot of activities that we aren't aware. But wait why should we be aware?

Here comes the concept of thought.

We are the actions we perform. Agreed?

Our actions are the end results of our thought.

Why do tend to be lazy ? Its because of the thought of being lazy.

In order to control our actions we need to control our thoughts.

So the problem Now is to control your thoughts.

In order to control your thoughts you need to observe them.

Here comes the big deal.....Is observing your thoughts easy?

It seems easy but in practice its the most difficult thing to do.

There are many methods like Vipassana meditation which aim at only one aspect of human life...That is Mindfulness.

Mindfulness is the state of being aware of all your thoughts.

Here is something I wanted to tell you after all the ranting I have done till now

                                    


"Your thoughts are your actions. You are not your mind and your body .You need to control your thoughts .You need to manifest yourself to do whatever you wish to by controlling your thoughts.

To control your thoughts you need to know that they exist .In order to know that they exist you need to be aware of them.

This is the whole process of mindfulness. There is lot more to this beautiful concept."


Well if you really got my point try some practices of mindfulness and try being aware of your thoughts.
