The corona relief package announced by this government is no different from a budget speech.This is no way to be considered as a reform.I would simply put this as a bogus package which was largely out of context to this present situation.This also hasn't made any impact on the stock market as the stock market still continues to be in a a dull state.Here I would like to express my concerns on the announcements of the finance minister. Smart cities is a concept that has fascinated many countries including India.In fact India  has aimed at building 100 smart cities.These facts might be interesting  but we need to take into account the practicality of the situation in a developing country like India. Let us consider a like Mumbai you get to see large Skyscapers on one side and also you get to see poor spending their lives in the slums.Slums in large cities may be formed due to many factors like urbanization,lack of affordable housing etc. So when we aim at turning a city of such demography into  a smart city it would be practically not possible.Consider some more examples like Kolkata,Hyderabad where people from below poverty line are present over a significant percentage.
